2. What the site does — and does not do
This site presents our roof decontamination and sealing services and lets you request a free estimate.
It is not a transactional platform: no payment is processed here and no contract is concluded here.
3. Estimates and posted prices
The amounts shown on the site — in particular the $3,495 starting price and the comparison with a full roof replacement — are indicative ballpark figures.
- The estimate generated by the form is based entirely on the information you provide.
- It is not a firm offer, not a contract and not a price commitment.
- The final price is set after the roof inspection and given to you in writing.
- It varies with surface area, slope, access, the condition of the roofing and any repairs required.
The savings referred to compare the cost of a treatment with that of a full replacement on a comparable building. Your situation may differ.
4. Warranty
The protection is warranted for 5 to 15 years depending on the roofing type. The exact duration, coverage and exclusions appear in the written warranty document handed over at the end of the work. That document, and only that document, governs.

5. Financing
The 6- to 24-month financing mentioned on the site is subject to approval by the partner institution. Terms, rates and conditions are presented to you before any signature. Name the financing partner here.
6. Accuracy of the information you provide
By submitting the form, you undertake to provide accurate, current information and to be the person authorized to request work on the building concerned (owner, agent or manager).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any request that is incomplete, clearly erroneous or fraudulent.
7. Intellectual property
The site's content — text, layout, logo and the Logisolution brand — belongs to us or is licensed to us. Any reproduction or reuse without written permission is prohibited.
The jobsite photographs come from stock libraries licensed for commercial use; they illustrate the subject and do not necessarily depict our own projects.
The testimonials shown in the "Customer reviews" section are illustrative examples and do not report the words of actual customers. Remove this notice once you replace them with genuine testimonials.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit the form automatically or repeatedly without genuine intent;
- attempt to access non-public parts of the site;
- interfere with the site's operation or security;
- copy the content for competing commercial purposes.
9. Availability and limitation of liability
We do what is needed to keep the site available and accurate, without being able to guarantee it at all times: interruptions, maintenance and typographical errors remain possible.
To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to access, the site. Nothing here limits the rights granted to you by Quebec's Consumer Protection Act, nor our liability for work performed.
